The Province of Dar and Jim. aka- the backseat of the truck.

Constitution of the Independent Province of Dar and Jim.

1. You must be at least the age of 20, but no older than 22 and at least 55 but no older than 60. One section of the age must apply to one person and the other to the other person sitting in the backseat.

2. At least one person, but no more than two persons may sit on the backseat at one time.

3. The cooler must be filled at every stop with items that Dar and Jim request from people sitting on the front seats.

4. If Dar or Jim ever sit in the front seat and the situation comes to fill the cooler, it does not apply.

5. The backseat is cooler, better, funkier, sweeter than the front seat. Period.

6. Anyone who sits in the backseat in place of Dar and Jim or one of, will be charged a $12.00 tax per hour. This is a non-tax exempt tax.

7. The powers of Jim and Dar are delegated equally. Jim is no more powerful than Dar, and Dar is no more powerful than Jim.

8. If a situation occurs between Dar and Jim that can't be agreed on, it will be settled with rock, paper, scissors. Best of 3 wins.

9. "Barry Time" does not apply.

10. Food will be served at either Dar or Jim's request by people sitting on the front seats.

11. The Province symbol is the esox muskolunge(muskie).

12. #2 may be broken if you are a woman and attractive. Attractiveness will be judged by Dar and Jim.

13. Why? Why not?

14. Wal-Mart is the best store, super center, grocery getter, everything getter in the world.

15. Anything done on the backseat, such as talk, pictures, etc., must stay on the backseat.

16. The Constitution can only be amended by Dar and Jim. Not one but both must agree.

17. When both Dar and Jim are sitting on the front seats, they automatically become the backseat and all rules from the backseats apply to the front seats.

18. The "UN" does not apply. (UN- The owners of the truck)

19. Even though Barry and Teri are owners of the truck, they are not rulers of the truck. Dar and Jim are rulers of the truck.
